I will start this article with the scientific fact that the Melatonin (a hormone produced by the pineal gland in the brain and then released into the bloodstream) levels are associated with Darkness and Sunlight.
Darkness promote its release while light stop it.
What does it has to do with waking up early?
Scientists dubbed melatonin “sleep hormone” because It simply lets your body know that it’s nighttime so you can relax and fall asleep easier.
